Seeing and Overcoming the Complexities of Intersectionality

Background: Intersectionality contests that individuals have multiple characteristics in their identity cannot be siloed or deemed exclusive to each other. Understanding and utilising an intersectional lens organisations can increase inclusion of organisational performance.
